Stay Safe from Measles

Spring Break Health Reminder: Stay Safe from Measles!

Spring break is here, and whether you're traveling or staying local, let's keep our Nation safe and healthy! Measles is highly contagious, but we can all take simple steps to prevent its spread:

  • Check Your Immunization Status – Ensure you and your family are up to date on MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccines.
  • Wash Hands Regularly – Good hygiene helps stop germs in their tracks.
  • Watch for Symptoms – Fever, cough, runny nose, red eyes, and a rash? Stay home and seek medical advice.
  • Be Cautious When Traveling – Measles outbreaks can happen anywhere. Know the risks before you go!

Let's enjoy a fun and healthy spring break!
