REGISTRATION

Are you ready for back to school? Have you registered your awasisak for the upcoming school year? Here is everything you need to know for new & returning students. https://www.maskwacised.ca/ registration

NEW STUDENTS

If you have STUDENTS THAT ARE NEW or TRANSFERRING BACK to MESC schools, please go to https://mesc.schoolengage.ca/#/login to create an account and then complete the request for registration form.

RETURNING STUDENTS

Please make sure to update your demographic information by logging into your
MESC Parent Portal account: https://www.maskwacised.ca/registration
Once you're logged in, please access "SchoolEngage". The link to SchoolEngage is located at the bottom left-hand corner.

MESC PARENT PORTAL ASSISTANCE

Are you having trouble accessing your MESC Parent Portal account? Or having trouble remembering your username and password?

SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Maskwacîs students who reside on Ermineskin Cree Nation, Samson Cree Nation, Montana First Nation, Louis Bull Tribe, or Pigeon Lake and attend schools in Wolf Creek Public Schools, Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools, or Saint Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Schools will qualify for school supply funds. A cheque will be issued to the Parent/Legal Guardian in the amount of $130 per student for the 2023-2024 school year.

MESC is now accepting School Supply applications. Please visit our website for more information and a list of required documents.

Please Note: If your child(ren) attend a MESC School, the school supplies are already provided by the school.

TRANSPORTATION

Do you have students that need busing for the 2023-24 school year? For general MESC Transportation questions, please visit our website or contact Cindy Nicotine at 780-585-3333

NEW STUDENTS

Create a MESC Parent Portal account at www.maskwacised.ca/registration and then Contact MESC Transportation for the new route number and pick up time.

RETURNING STUDENTS

Parents with students attending MESC schools will need to ensure their house number, land location and parent contact numbers are up to date using the MESC Parent Portal account. Contact MESC Transportation for pick up times, land location, and any other questions.

*If your children live at the same house and attend the same school, the bus route will be the same.

OFF-RESERVE BUSSING

MESC Transportation manages transportation for Maskwacîs students who live on-reserve and attend other local Public Schools.
